Un prestigioso resort nel cuore del Chianti offre un'opportunità come Maître. Lavorerai a diretto contatto con il F&B Manager, gestendo il team e assicurando un servizio impeccabile. Richiesta esperienza in ambienti di alto livello e versatilità linguistica. Il candidato sarà parte di un team dedicato alla qualità del servizio e avrà accesso a formazione continua.

Competenze

  • Esperienza di almeno due anni in ristoranti stellati o in hotel 4/5*.
  • Possesso delle certificazioni HACCP e FIRE PREVENTION.
  • Conoscenza fluente di italiano e inglese; terza lingua apprezzata.

Mansioni

  • Coordinare e organizzare il team del ristorante durante colazione e pranzo.
  • Registrare gli ordini e prendersi cura degli ospiti.
  • Preparare la sala per i servizi richiesti.

Descrizione del lavoro

Located in the heart of Chianti Classico, Borgo San Felice Resort combines all the pleasures of the dolce vita. The Dimora is an example of a diffuse hotel, composed of an entire medieval village that includes a swimming pool, wine cellars, dining areas, The Botanic Spa, a church, and the surrounding estate vineyards. You can enjoy endless pleasures: a cuisine made up of contaminations and typicality, an exceptional wine production to be discovered in the Enoteca, and many outdoor sports activities. Cycling through the surroundings will add to the joy of an unforgettable stay in this medieval village. Among other things, the beauty of the picturesque villages of Chianti, only a few kilometres away, will bind you forever to this Italian region full of light.

The Maître - in agreement and under the supervision of the F&B Manager - is responsible for:

  • Coordinating and organizing the Restaurant Team and working at Breakfast and Lunch
  • Recording orders, taking care of the guest, and paying attention to details
  • Supporting the area responsibilities on daily organizational needs
  • Preparing the room for all the requested services
  • Having excellent knowledge of Italian and English; knowledge of a third language is appreciated
  • Having a good knowledge of wines
  • Having a good knowledge of Etiquette
  • Possessing at least two years' experience in the same role gained in starred restaurants, R&C, and/or 4/5* hotels
  • Demonstrating communication and management skills, customer orientation, and team working
  • Holding HACCP and FIRE PREVENTION certifications
  • Placement expected from May 2025, with a seasonal contract and the possibility of conversion to a permanent contract for the 2026 season
  • Offering flat-rate tourism CCNL and an annual production bonus
  • Full-time availability from Monday to Sunday with one day off during the season
  • Providing board and lodging with another Head of Service (single room)
  • Utilities covered at company expenses with a ceiling
  • Providing internal training at both management and procedural levels
  • Offering training on the Relais & Chateaux world and quality assessment, main current regulations
  • Providing healthcare assistance and support with a company doctor
  • Participating in the Company Total Quality Program
  • Possibility of travel for specific training
  • Access to hotel services in compliance with company policy with exclusive discounts
