Mondi plc cerca un Responsabile Manutenzione con laurea in ingegneria e comprovata esperienza in ambienti industriali. Il candidato ideale avrà eccellenti capacità organizzative, una buona conoscenza delle normative di sicurezza italiane e capacità di lavorare in team. Il ruolo prevede la gestione del personale di manutenzione e un ambiente lavorativo stimolante con possibilità di crescita professionale.

Laurea in Ingegneria, preferibilmente meccanica

Descrizione del lavoro

Ensuring that maintenance personnel are competent in the use of safe work procedures and promoting safety programs.

Monitoring compliance through internal audits.

Conducting departmental investigations about incidents and injuries, and implementing corrective actions.

Administering and monitoring tenders for primary maintenance services activities in coordination with the Purchasing Department.

Identifying opportunities to improve the entire maintenance process, enhancing effectiveness and efficiency in terms of cost.

Assessing the competencies of maintenance personnel, especially through KPIs, and identifying training needs.

Training and developing maintenance department personnel and holding them accountable for achieving results.

Supervising and coordinating planning and scheduling processes.

Constantly monitoring performance in relation to the plant's budget and taking necessary actions to achieve set results.

Responsibility for execution of maintenance stops.

Your profile :

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably mechanical.
• Proven experience in an industrial environment, especially in personnel management within mechanical and / or electrical maintenance departments.
• Experience in medium and large industrial settings, coordinating mechanical and / or electrical maintenance departments.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian health and safety regulations (Legislative Decree 81 / 08 and State-Region Agreements).
• Proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel.
• Excellent organizational and document management skills.
