Purpose of the Job

To verify trains upon arrival at the depot, close all open orders, and ensure the availability and reliability of the fleet.

Responsibilities

• Ensure troubleshooting on trains according to state-of-the-art practices and best standards.
• Ensure the validity and certification of relevant tools.
• Populate relevant failure database (Railsys System).
• Guarantee information flow within the troubleshooting team.
• Contribute to Reliability Growth and Return of Experience.
• Respect EHS rules and related work processes.

Measurement

• Reliability, availability, and punctuality (other KPIs relevant to the contract).
• KPI on fleet health, e.g., Service Order Close-out (real-time).
• Customer feedback (e.g., Customer annual survey).
