Requisites

• Purpose of the Job

To verify trains upon arrival at the depot, close all open orders, and ensure the availability and reliability of the fleet.

Measurement

Reliability, availability, and punctuality (other KPIs relevant to the contract)

• Fleet health KPIs, e.g., Service Order Close-out (real-time)
• Customer feedback (e.g., annual customer survey)

Responsibilities

• Ensure troubleshooting on trains according to state-of-the-art practices and standards.
• Ensure validity and certification of relevant tools.
• Guarantee smooth information flow within the troubleshooting team.
• Contribute to reliability growth and the return of experience.
• Adhere to EHS rules and related work processes.

Contract Type

Permanent or fixed contract, depending on candidate experience.
