YOUR MISSION

The Field Service Specialist (FSS) interacts with customers to solve technical problems, performs installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance on instruments within assigned territory.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS

We seek a Field Service Specialist who excels in a fast-paced environment, building relationships with clients while troubleshooting and maintaining medical instruments.

• Provide onsite installation, upgrades, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Install methodologies and follow up on technical and application issues.
• Participate in training to develop skills aligned with company goals.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Perform calibration and maintenance to ensure equipment functionality.
• Provide remote support to clients.
• Manage spare parts according to policy: ordering, usage, and returns.
• Train end-users on instrument operation.

Education and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technician Degree in Electrical/Mechanics.
• Experience in Medical Devices companies.
• Proficiency in Technical English.
• Travel availability: >75% of the time.
• Relocation: Not specified.
• Training: Not required.
