The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and proven experience in technical equipment maintenance, along with strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Flexibility for working evenings and weekends is required.

• Oversee the maintenance and operation of technical equipment and systems. Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance tasks.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and equipment malfunctions. Perform repairs and coordinate with external technicians or contractors when necessary.
• Set up and operate audiovisual equipment for clubhouse events, meetings, and presentations.
• Monitor and maintain security systems, including surveillance cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
• Ensure that HVAC systems and environmental controls are functioning correctly to maintain a comfortable indoor environment.
• Manage inventory of technical supplies, replacement parts, and tools. Keep an organized inventory and order necessary supplies when low.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working on technical equipment.
• Keep records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and service history. Provide regular reports and updates to clubhouse management on technical equipment status.
• Coordinate with external vendors, technicians, and contractors for technical system repairs, upgrades, and installations.

Job Requirement

• Minimum High school, Diploma or equivalent (additional technical education or certifications are preferred).
• Proven experience in technical equipment maintenance or a related field.
• Knowledge of audiovisual systems, lighting, sound systems, security systems, and HVAC controls.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with clubhouse staff and external contractors.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
