Love’s Travel Stops is seeking Maintenance Technicians to keep our facilities clean, safe, and well‑maintained while supporting store, restaurant, and truck care teams. Training is provided, and no prior experience is required.

You’ll use a range of tools to service HVAC, fuel, plumbing, and other systems, while prioritizing customer satisfaction and safety. The role offers hands-on learning and opportunities to advance across departments.

• Provide assistance to customers and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care teams with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and service needs.
• Operate tools and equipment to maintain facility operations, including HVAC, fuel systems, and repairs.
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store/Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership roles.
• Follow safety policies and procedures to protect customers and colleagues.
