A leading self-storage management provider is looking for a Full-Time Maintenance Technician in Lodi & Ripon, CA. The ideal candidate will perform light maintenance and cleaning of storage units. Responsibilities include managing outdoor areas, performing minor repairs, and training new technicians. Must have reliable transportation and be able to work in various weather conditions. The position offers $20-21 per hour for a schedule of Tuesday to Friday, 9 am - 3 pm.

Self Storage Consulting Group (SSCG) is the leading provider of third-party self storage management, and we have an opening for a Full-Time Maintenance Technician at our facilities in Lodi & Ripon, CA.

The ideal candidate is an independent, self-motivated individual with excellent janitorial and maintenance skills. Responsibilities include performing light maintenance on storage properties and cleaning storage units.

• NOTE: Must have reliable transportation and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities:

1. Pull weeds and remove debris.
2. Maintain outdoor areas and walkways, ensuring they are free of trash and debris.
3. Perform minor repairs and assist with maintenance projects as needed.
4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Supervise projects with vendors and oversee daily operations of the storage facility.
6. Train new Maintenance Technicians across multiple locations.
7. Proactively address potential maintenance issues.

Qualifications:

1. Ability to work independently.
2. Experience with small electric hand tools.
3. Strong multi-tasking and project management skills.
4. Ability to work in all weather conditions.

Pay: $20-21 per hour

Schedule: Tuesday to Friday, 9 am - 3 pm, 32 hours/week
