Maintenance Technician

Chandler Investment Properties is seeking a qualified self-driven and goal-oriented Maintenance Technician for our properties located in Hartsville and Florence, SC. This position would include visits to multiple properties within the area.

Responsibilities include:

1. The general upkeep of properties to the Chandler Standard.
2. Responding to residents' maintenance issues in a professional and efficient manner.
3. Perform general troubleshooting and repairs on HVAC, Plumbing, Smart Home Technology, minor repairs to fencing and flooring.
4. Perform basic appliance repairs and preventative maintenance.
5. Pressure Washing, staining fences, basic yard maintenance.
6. Assist on turnovers and inspections.
7. Complete required work-orders and update the status of property maintenance within property software.
8. Team player mentality.
9. Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Personal hand tools supplied.

8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday
Weekend On call Coverage – Rotation with other team members.

Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:
Property management Maintenance: 2 years preferred or equivalent skills and experience.
