Job Description

Our ibis Firenze Nord Aeroporto is actively seeking a Maintenance Agent responsible for implementing maintenance programs, including reactive and preventive maintenance of the hotel site, to ensure it remains functional, pleasant, and safe for all employees, guests, and visitors.

• Oversee daily department operations, including repairs, modifications, and installations.
• Lead maintenance functions by providing reactive and proactive multi-skilled services across the hotel's operational equipment and infrastructure.
• Create and oversee a scheduled maintenance plan, ensuring compliance and timely completion of tasks.
• Enhance operational efficiency, improve project delivery, and reduce machine room downtime.
• Manage and implement improvement plans, monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Lead the team in technical best practices, establish policies and procedures, and mentor direct reports.
• Continuously improve maintenance services, recommending necessary changes.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification in maintenance-related fields.
• Excellent theoretical and practical knowledge in air conditioning, construction, electricity, plumbing, and mechanics.
• Organized and flexible.
• Committed and available.
• Resolute attitude with autonomy and initiative.
• Good administrative skills and team player.
• Service-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
• Versatile and adaptable.
• Proficient in various technical areas relevant to the hotel.
