Dematic is seeking a Maintenance Team Lead for its premises in Cesena, offering a permanent contract. The role involves leading a team to manage all resident customer service activities at our Customer Distribution Center in San Vittore di Cesena.

Tasks and Qualifications :
The Maintenance Team Lead will :
- Manage the start-up phase of the project with an agile approach.
- Coordinate a Maintenance team of over 13 workers alongside the Site Manager.
- Plan and coordinate all on-site activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance, spare parts management, workshop, and repair activities, in collaboration with the Site Manager.
- Design processes according to service contract agreements with the Site Manager.
- Participate in regular meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Draft minutes of meetings and site task reports.
- Serve as a key liaison for the customer and Dematic stakeholders.
- Manage and prioritize service activities to minimize impact on the customer’s business.
- Work with the resident team to ensure full system availability under contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with other departments and maintain continuous communication on-site.
- Perform periodic KPI analysis and prepare reports on service activities.
- Ensure a safe, secure, and clean environment while delivering projects within contractual obligations.
- Maintain quality control and compliance procedures.
- Report directly to the Site Manager.
Who we are looking for :
- Interest in logistics, supply chain, and industrial automation sectors.
- Experience in electrical, mechanical, and software engineering.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in material handling environments, such as highly automated production plants.
- Previous experience as an Operation Supervisor, Site Supervisor, Site Manager, or similar role.
- Experience in key roles within complex organizations.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Technical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
