Le candidat idéal aura une expérience dans un environnement de production automatisée, une bonne connaissance des compétences techniques, et sera responsable de la coordination des activités de maintenance tout en garantissant un environnement de travail sûr et efficace.

Dematic is looking for a Maintenance Team Lead, to be hired with a permanent contract, for its premises in Cesena. He / she will be working leading a group of people in order to manage and to control all the resident customer service activities to our Customer distribution Center in San Vittore di Cesena.

Tasks and Qualifications :

The Maintenance Team Lead is going to :

• Manage the start-up phase of the project with agile approach
• Coordinate a Maintenance team of +13 workers together with Site Manager
• Plan and coordinate all on-site activities (preventive / corrective maintenance, spare parts warehouse management, workshop and repair activities) together with Site Manager
• Design process according with the service contract agreement together with Site Manager
• Attend planned periodical meetings (daily, weekly, monthly, annual) with internal / external stakeholders
• Draft Minute of meeting and site tasks report
• Be a key player for the Customer and for Dematic stakeholders.
• Manage and prioritize service activities to minimize impact to the customer business
• Work with resident team in order to ensure the fully availability of the system under the service contract obligations
• Collaborate with other departments interacting continuously with his / her team on the work site
• Do periodically KPI analysis and write reports about the service activities
• Ensure a safe, secure and clean environment whilst ensuring that the project is delivered within the contractual obligations
• Maintain quality control and compliance procedures
• Report directly to Site Manager

Who we are looking for?

• Curious towards the sector of logistic supply chain and industrial automation
• Experience for electrical, mechanical and software engineering
• At least 3-5 years of experience in material handling environment e.g. highly automated production plants
• Previous experience as Operation Supervisor / Site Supervisor / Site Manager or in a similar role
• Previous key role experience in a complex organization
• Bachelor Degree or Technical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or similar studies
• Good knowledge of Italian and English written and spoken
