Dematic is seeking a Maintenance Team Lead for its Cesena premises, offering a permanent contract. The role involves leading a team to manage all resident customer service activities at our Customer Distribution Center in San Vittore di Cesena.

Tasks and Qualifications:
The Maintenance Team Lead will:
- Manage the start-up phase of the project with an agile approach.
- Coordinate a maintenance team of over 13 workers alongside the Site Manager.
- Plan and coordinate all on-site activities such as preventive and corrective maintenance, spare parts management, and workshop activities.
- Design processes according to service contract agreements.
- Attend regular meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Draft minutes of meetings and site task reports.
- Serve as a key contact for customers and stakeholders.
- Prioritize service activities to minimize impact on customer operations.
- Work with the resident team to ensure system availability under the service contract.
- Collaborate with other departments and continuously interact with the team on-site.
- Perform periodic KPI analysis and generate reports on service activities.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and clean environment while delivering the project within contractual obligations.
- Ensure quality control and compliance procedures are followed.
- Report directly to the Site Manager.
Who we are looking for:
- Interest in logistics, supply chain, and industrial automation sectors.
- Experience in electrical, mechanical, and software engineering.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in material handling environments, such as highly automated production plants.
- Previous experience as an Operation Supervisor, Site Supervisor, Site Manager, or similar role.
- Experience in key roles within complex organizations.
- Bachelor's Degree or Technical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related studies.
- Proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
