RINA is seeking a highly qualified Maintenance Support and Training Specialist to collaborate on a freelance/independent contractor basis with our Infrastructure & Mobility team in South-Asia for an estimated period of two years.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering and over 10 years of professional experience. We are seeking a professional with strong expertise in developing and implementing operations and maintenance strategies for rail and transit systems, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Key responsibilities include planning and scheduling maintenance activities and applying effective asset management practices to extend lifecycle and reduce downtime. The candidate will lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on both preventive and corrective maintenance processes, to ensure train availability for service requirements. The candidate will design, coordinate, and deliver training programs tailored to both client needs and internal requirements.
Experience in supporting System Integration for Railway or Metro Systems is required.
