Maintenance Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the processes in maintaining and preserving the efficiency of all equipment, production lines, and/or facilities, resulting in the optimization of technical and financial resources. Each day, you will oversee the execution of extraordinary maintenance of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities. You will also showcase your expertise by managing and updating technical documentation of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities. The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite. You will be mainly accountable for:

• Defining maintenance plans for new production lines or facilities, and consulting on ways to improve reliability, maintainability, and safety of equipment and/or facilities.
• Solving major technical, equipment, or facilities problems to achieve higher performance of the production lines by upgrading the equipment.
• Proposing improvement projects for processes and production lines aimed at reducing maintenance needs and optimizing operational and energy efficiency.

Qualifications for the role

• You are immersed in Maintenance function Automation industry.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in Plant Maintenance, Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance.
• Experience in Preventive Maintenance (PM).
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP-PM (Plant Maintenance).
• Degree in Engineering.
• You are at ease communicating in Italian and English.
• You are a self-motivated, responsible, and safety-oriented individual. You have the ability to manage time and responsibilities independently. You enjoy working in a team.
