Partner with the best

The Maintenance Shop supervisor will be responsible for maintenance activities on the working machine and shop fixtures, including adjustments and fine-tuning of machines and equipment. The Maintenance Shop supervisor will analyze causes of malfunctions, failure modes, and repetitive issues on machines, collaborating with the Maintenance manager, production line supervisors, and contractors.

As Maintenance Shop supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring that equipment and tools are in good condition for use. Proposing plans for preventive maintenance and corrective actions.
• Exchanging data and information, addressing concerns, and suggesting improvements in products, processes, and procedures.
• Handling standardized manufacturing processes, following guidelines for choosing appropriate actions. Processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and must be implemented in the department.
• Leading a small manufacturing unit or a part of a larger unit with a budget > $1.5 million.

• A high school diploma / GED with relevant manufacturing experience.
• Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in equipment maintenance.

• Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
