The Maintenance Shop supervisor will be responsible for maintenance activities on the working machine and shop fixtures, including adjustments and fine-tuning of machines and equipment. The Maintenance Shop supervisor will analyze causes of malfunctions, failure modes, and repetitive issues on machines, collaborating with the Maintenance manager, production line supervisors, and contractors.
