- Create the site's weekly maintenance schedule through agreements with production.
- Facilitate changes in the schedule and ensure changes are communicated effectively.
- Lead the weekly maintenance planning meeting.
- Manage the resource schedule and verify accuracy.
- Organize workflow and assign resources by craft to each job.
- Monitor, track, and update work orders in our work order tracking dashboard.
- Manage and improve maintenance backlog.
- Lead the rescheduling of jobs that are ‘not completed’ and jobs that ‘did not make it on the schedule’.
- Lead data collection for maintenance scorecard via KPIs.

You will bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Five years of maintenance experience.
- Some mechanical or electrical experience.
- PC skills (Word, database, Excel, and other software programs).
- SAP system experience/knowledge in work order management and preventative maintenance.
- Availability to work overtime or shifts as required.
- Interpersonal skills to manage proactive communication between different services (production, maintenance, external companies).
