About the Role:
Our site is classified as a medium to high-risk chemical site, because of the use of hazardous materials. Keeping the equipment in a safe and well-maintained condition, is essential for continuation of the business, conformity with the law and reputation of MCAM. In accordance with our safety, health and environmental policies, the maintenance strategy takes a pro-active approach.
In this position, you will responsible for the execution of the daily maintenance tasks and secures the availability and compliance of the production equipment, utilities, and general conditions of the assets on site through preventive action and on-time regulatory inspections. In the unforeseen occasion of breakdowns of mechanical and/or electrical equipment, you are responsible for safe and quick repair, in order to reassume the production at the earliest possible notice.
In collaboration with the Site Management Team, you participate to continuous improvement and modern manufacturing principals by highlighting deficiencies and recommending changes in training, working practices and processes.
