Pay Range: $34.00 - $36.00

Shift: 12 hours

Hours: 5:45 pm to 6:30 am

Position Overview

This position is primarily responsible for maintaining and repairing assigned company production machinery, mechanical equipment, and property. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, welding, and fabrication as needed.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance on all equipment to ensure continuous and effective operation.
2. Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies; ensure work areas are clean, neat, and safe.
3. Participate in training to enhance job-related skills.
4. Train lower-level maintenance employees.
5. Fabricate equipment components such as guards, doors, and steps; perform welding on food equipment to food-safe specifications.
6. Conduct all duties in compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
7. Uphold standards of conduct in line with company mission, values, and policies.

Technical Skills and Tasks

Perform advanced maintenance tasks including reading schematics, machining, welding, and hydraulic hose assembly. Perform minor to major repairs, setup and teardown of equipment, fabrication of parts, and installation of new equipment.

Utilize hand and power tools effectively, and perform vibration analysis and other diagnostics.
