PLANT MAINTENANCE MANAGER

What You’ll Be Doing

We are seeking a talented individual to start their professional journey as a Plant Maintenance Manager at our Rome Plant.

The selected candidate will oversee the Maintenance department, aiming to maximize the efficiency of plant systems and establish new maintenance standards.

Your Activities Will Include

  • Coordinate reactive, planned, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities across all production plants;
  • Achieve plant performance goals (failures, MTTR, MTBF, Machine Efficiency ME, and Factory Efficiency FE) by developing strategic plans and implementing the Asahi Way;
  • Ensure effective breakdown analysis, corrective actions, and lessons learned;
  • Collaborate with the plant Leadership Team to define short and medium/long-term capex plans and characterize opex requirements;
  • Create reports for performance analysis;
  • Identify training needs for the maintenance team to develop skills and succession plans.
Who We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Engineering (preferably mechanical, electronic, or electrical engineering);
  • Minimum of 6 years of industrial experience, with at least 2 years in similar roles;
  • Strong ability to manage priorities effectively;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and innovative thinking;
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles;
  • Good leadership and communication skills to collaborate across departments;
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
