Competenze

  • 3-5 anni di esperienza nella gestione della manutenzione, preferibilmente nel settore alimentare.
  • Conoscenza approfondita dei sistemi di manutenzione preventiva, predittiva e correttiva.

Your Mission :

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and coordinate our maintenance team in the food industry.

The successful candidate will oversee a team of seven internal technicians divided between electrical and mechanical maintenance, the activities on site of the external companies plus an additional team member responsible for spare parts inventory management.

The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement of our production equipment by implementing and overseeing preventive, predictive, corrective, and routine maintenance strategies .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead, coordinate, and support the maintenance team, ensuring high performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
  • Manage emergency repairs and corrective maintenance interventions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards in the food industry.
  • Monitor and optimize spare parts inventory management.
  • Plan and coordinate maintenance activities in collaboration with production and other departments.
  • Develop, monitor, and analyse maintenance KPIs to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop, analyse and report maintenance KPIs, identifying areas for optimization.
  • Train and develop the maintenance team to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.

Requirements :

  • 3-5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the food industry
  • Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance systems.
  • Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of food industry safety and compliance regulations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, or another industrial field. Good command of the English language
