Job Description:

PersolidoGRUPPOINDUSTRIALE, an Italian company operating globally in the production of building materials, is expanding its team at the Treviso Nord plant, which covers over 30,000 sqm. We are looking for:

MAINTENANCE MANAGER – CONTINUOUS CYCLE – TREVISO NORD

The candidate, reporting directly to the Industrial Director, will be responsible for supervising all maintenance activities of the production plants at the headquarters north of Treviso.

The Maintenance Manager, leading a team of 5 technicians (mechanical and electronic maintenance), will oversee:

• Supervision and scheduling of preventive, predictive maintenance
• Addressing line failures and stoppages
• Purchasing spare parts and managing stock levels
• Interfacing with local suppliers for outsourcing mechanical and electrical services

The ideal candidate should be able to handle both mechanical and electronic issues, with experience in a complex industrial environment operating on a continuous cycle with maintenance planning.

Requirements include proficiency in English, a technical diploma or degree, and excellent computer skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning predictive maintenance activities according to the schedule
• Managing emergency interventions and coordinating the team
• Supporting commissioning of new production lines
• Preparing purchase orders for critical spare parts and consumables
• Communicating with production departments regarding issues
• Collaborating with local suppliers for mechanical and electrical work
• Providing on-call support during night shifts

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Technical diploma or degree with mechanical and electronic skills
• Experience in maintenance coordination roles
• Preferably experience with continuous cycle plants
• Familiarity with CAPEX/OPEX management
• Residing near the company location

WHAT WE OFFER: Permanent contract, approximate gross annual salary 60-70K + MBO bonus
