Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager manages a team of four people, with the aim of planning, executing and achieving operational and strategic objectives related to maintenance activities. Actively contributes to the implementation of mid-term and long-term strategies, in line with the company vision, aimed at improving and integrating maintenance quality within daily production processes. Reports hierarchically to the Plant Manager.

Main activities :

  • Collaboration with technical departments for the organization of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance;
  • Constant discussion with the Plant Manager for the definition of operational priorities;
  • Management of emergencies in synergy with production departments, ensuring promptness and timeliness of interventions;
  • Coordination of interventions, with supervision of the timing and resources involved;
  • Interface with external suppliers and technicians for the management of specialized interventions;
  • Responsibility for the procurement and availability of necessary spare parts.

Requirements of the position :

  • Technical or professional degree;
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent command of the Microsoft Office package;
  • Knowledge of SAP management software is appreciated;
  • Technical skills in mechanical and electrical engineering, as well as knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics and hydraulics.
