Overview

The resource will join the Maintenance Engineering team and will support the planning, management, and optimization of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities on the plant's systems, machinery, and infrastructure. The main objective is to ensure the efficiency and reliability of production assets, helping to minimize plant downtime and improve overall productivity.

Responsibilities

• Edit indicators for departmental machinery.
• Edit and update technical structure of machines within the maintenance CMMS.
• Inspect and implement preventive maintenance plans for machines and their components.
• Support the introduction of technology with a focus on predictive maintenance of systems.
• Draft standard procedures to avoid human error.
• Monitor maintenance and breakdown costs of single machines in the department.
• Collaborate and interact with other company departments to align strategies and analyze issues relating to SAFETY – QUALITY – CD.
• Support the implementation of methodologies applied by the company to eliminate losses (breakdowns and maintenance costs – improvement of OLE and Manufacturing INDEX).

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Excellent knowledge of the Office package, with particular regard to Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, communication and relationship skills connected to the spirit of teamwork.
