Maintenance Engineer Jr in Stage

The role involves supporting routine and extraordinary maintenance activities within the plant, specifically:

• Analyzing faults and line stoppages to support maintenance personnel and identify suitable solutions using analytical methods;
• Developing indicators for the machinery fleet in the department;
• Updating the technical structure of machines within the maintenance CMMS;
• Verifying the implementation of preventive maintenance plans for machines and their components;
• Supporting the introduction of technology focused on predictive maintenance;
• Drafting standard procedures to prevent human errors.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate/Graduate in Mechanical or Management Engineering or related fields;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Problem-solving attitude;
• Proficiency in Office applications;
• Good command of English.

Contract Offer:

• 6-month extracurricular internship with a monthly stipend of €1,060 gross for candidates outside Emilia-Romagna, or €800 for residents, including free company canteen;
