A leading hospitality company in Treviso, Italy, is seeking an experienced maintenance planner to develop and implement maintenance plans for VSOE carriages. Candidates should have expertise in ECM standards and regulations, along with strong skills in resource management and team supervision. This role is critical for ensuring safety, reliability, and efficiency in operations.

Descrizione del lavoro

Maintenance Planning & Strategy :

• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans and strategies to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the VSOE carriages.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of the rolling stock to identify maintenance needs.
• Develop and manage a preventative maintenance program to minimize equipment failures and downtime.
• Create and monitor the maintenance plan following the ECM Standard 2019 / 779.

Maintenance Execution and Supervision :

Oversee, along with the certification manager, the execution of maintenance tasks, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with ECM standards.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex maintenance issues, providing technical guidance to the maintenance team.

Coordinate with operations and engineering departments to minimize service disruptions.

Manage maintenance resources, including equipment, materials, and tools, for proper utilization.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes, reduce costs, and improve vehicle reliability.

ECM :

Ensure compliance with ECM regulations, standards, and safety requirements.

Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation for regulatory compliance.

Liaise with safety agencies and participate in audits and inspections.

Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Support development and implementation of emergency response plans related to maintenance incidents.

Inventory Management :

Manage spare parts and materials inventory to meet maintenance needs.

Implement controls to minimize waste and obsolescence.
