The Role

As a Maintenance Engineer you will support the flight testing and commercial operations with the FB3 cargo drone on site and in the field, in Europe and abroad. This position will provide you the opportunity to be part of the team that flies cargo drones daily. We are looking for someone with proven experience in maintenance and regulatory compliance for maintenance according to EASA. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit.

What you will do

• Maintain the UAS according to manuals
• Checking electronics signal with multimeter
• Troubleshooting
• Keep track of repairs and tools
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on equipmentm
• Report the issues into the QMS system
• Maintenance execution
• Update relevant documentation

What you bring

• Teamwork, communication skills
• Experience with documentation and planning
• Experience in working high level electronics
• Scripting in Python
• Experience with inventory
• English minimum at B2 level
• Work permit for Italy (EU)
• Willingness to travel if needed
• Knowledge of PX4 and Piloting skills are an asset
• Experience in Solidworks is an asset
