Job Opportunity: Junior Maintenance Engineer

Our client, located in the Varese area and operating in the automotive sector, is seeking to hire a Junior Maintenance Engineer.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Management Engineering, or related fields
• Preferred experience in the role (2-3 years), or similar roles such as Process Engineer or Designer
• Knowledge of maintenance management software is a plus
• Good command of the English language

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage change effectively
• Respect for deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Document Management: Responsible for handling documentation received from the headquarters
• Machine Parameters and Software Management: Input and modify machine software parameters, implement changes in coordination with the headquarters, propose process optimizations to reduce costs and improve efficiency, analyze downtimes, and evaluate maintenance activities. Coordinate and draft scheduled maintenance plans. Analyze cycle times to optimize production.

The salary and classification will be commensurate with experience.
