Job Opportunity: Junior Maintenance Engineer

Our client company, located in the Varese area and operating in the automotive sector, is seeking to hire a Junior Maintenance Engineer.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Management Engineering, or related fields
• Experience in the role (2-3 years) or similar roles such as Process Engineer or Designer is preferred
• Knowledge of maintenance management software is advantageous
• Good command of the English language

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage change effectively
• Respect for deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Document Management: Responsible for handling documentation received from the central office
• Machine Parameters and Software Management: Entering and modifying machine software parameters, implementing changes in coordination with the central office, proposing process optimizations to reduce costs and improve efficiency, analyzing downtimes, evaluating maintenance activities, coordinating and drafting scheduled maintenance plans, and analyzing cycle times for production optimization
