Music & Lights Srl invites you to a 6-month internship at our Minturno HQ, joining the Technical Service team. You will follow a 3+3 training path, working with experienced technicians on maintenance, repair, testing and production tasks to build concrete skills in lighting electronics.

The program starts with electronics basics and instrumentation, then increases hands-on activity. A tutor guides you toward a future Service & Production Technician role, with monthly allowances of €800 then

Competenze

• Motivation to learn and interest in electronics.
• Basic knowledge of electronics and circuits.
• Good manual skills.
• Aptitude for reading wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
• Basic knowledge of English (A2 level).
• Basic IT skills: Microsoft Office and email.
• No previous experience in the role required; all backgrounds welcome.

Mansioni

• Work alongside technicians on maintenance and repair of lighting equipment and electronic products, following technical procedures.
• Contribute to assembly and production activities, performing mechanical assembly and wiring according to production sheets.
• Support functional tests and QC/commissioning procedures on the products.
• Contribute to fault diagnosis and component replacement under guidance of experienced technicians.
• Help manage the technical documentation relating to the work carried out.
• Support the completion of reports tracking quality non-conformities.
• Contribute to managing the spare parts inventory.

Do you want to turn your passion for electronics into concrete skills in diagnostics, repair and testing? This internship is designed as a first step into a technology-driven, international company, even without previous experience. Music & Lights designs, manufactures and distributes professional lighting solutions for the Film & TV, Live Events, Theatre and Architectural markets, used in more than 70 countries. You will join the Technical Service team in a young environment, with a structured training path and constant guidance from experienced colleagues.

About The Role

You will complete an internship at our HQ in Minturno (LT), within the Technical Service team, following a structured 6-month training path (3 + 3). You will work alongside more experienced technicians on maintenance, repair and testing, product assembly and production and cable harnesses, gaining autonomy step by step: the first months are dedicated to the basics of electronics, diagnostics and use of instrumentation, the following ones to more hands-on involvement in the work. It is an entry path designed to build concrete skills in lighting products and lighting control systems.

Key responsibilities

• Work alongside the technicians on maintenance and repair work on lighting equipment and electronic products, following technical procedures.
• Contribute to assembly and production activities, performing mechanical assembly and wiring according to production sheets.
• Support functional tests and QC/commissioning procedures on the products.
• Contribute to fault diagnosis and component replacement, under the guidance of more experienced technicians.
• Help manage the technical documentation relating to the work carried out.
• Support the completion of reports tracking quality non-conformities.
• Contribute to managing the spare parts inventory.

Requirements

• Strong motivation to learn and interest in electronics and in technologies applied to the lighting world.
• Basic knowledge of electronics and circuits, including at a theoretical or academic level.
• Good manual skills.
• Aptitude for reading wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
• Basic knowledge of English (A2 level), useful for manuals and technical terminology.
• Basic IT skills: Microsoft Office and email.
• No previous experience in the role is required: any prior work experience, including in different fields, is welcome.

Contract and compensation

• Contract: 6-month internship, structured as a 3 + 3 month training path.
• Monthly allowance: €800 per month for the first 3 months, €1,000 per month for the following 3 months.
• Working arrangement: full time, at our HQ in Minturno (LT), with a dedicated company tutor.
• Benefits: company canteen and company gym.

The internship is designed to lead to employment: on achieving the training objectives, you will be hired under an apprendistato professionalizzante (professional apprenticeship) contract, starting the growth path towards the full Service & Production Technician role.
