Job summary

Lefay Resorts & Residences is seeking a Maintenance Technician / IT Assistant in Pinzolo, Italy. You will handle maintenance interventions, provide IT support for hardware and software, and ensure the seamless operation of the resort's IT systems. Report to the Maintenance Manager.

Experience in luxury hotel environments is not required; accommodation and meals are provided, with full-time hours and training opportunities. A strong collaborative mindset and flexibility are valued.

Qualifications

• Know electrical and/or plumbing systems.
• Proficient with main Windows OS and MS Office.
• IT knowledge for hardware and software support.
• Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting.
• Proactive, collaborative and flexible attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical maintenance and repair within the resort per the activity plan.
• Offer hardware and software IT support to users and ensure IT systems run smoothly.
• Assist with general maintenance tasks and assist the Maintenance Manager as required.

Position Summary The Maintenance Technician / IT Assistant is responsible for providing technical assistance within the Resort in the event of malfunctions or breakdowns and for carrying out the maintenance interventions scheduled in the activity plan; he/she is also responsible for providing support to users for Hardware and Software assistance and for ensuring the proper functioning of the Resort's IT system. In carrying out his/her duties, he/she complies with and adheres to the technical regulations and operational standards of Lefay Resorts. The Maintenance Technician / IT Assistant reports to the Maintenance Manager.

CHARACTERISTICS

• Knowledge of electrical and/or plumbing systems;
• Knowledge of the main Windows operating systems and the Microsoft Office suite;
• IT knowledge on both hardware and software;
• Basic networking knowledge;
• Initiative, interpersonal skills and aptitude for teamwork;
• Availability and flexibility;

Previous Experience In a Luxury Hotel Is Not Required.
