Job Description

The essential role of the warehouse operative is to manage all activities related to the delivery and storage of goods to ensure optimal warehouse management.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and control incoming and outgoing goods.
• Arrange and label items, and verify anti-theft systems in collaboration with the store team.
• Ensure items are sorted and stored according to company policies and layout rules.
• Check product availability and restock sales areas.
• Participate in warehouse inventories to safeguard company assets and profit.
• Manage customer order deliveries in the sales area during peak times, assisting the sales department.
• Support product sales by providing good customer service.
• Actively participate in loss prevention measures.

Requirements

• Preferably experience in retail sector.
• Team player, organized, methodical, and meticulous; has a thorough knowledge of the warehouse and product to work efficiently.
• Ensures proper surveillance and organization for item control.
• Attentive and serious, with good stress management skills to handle increased goods flow during peak sales periods.
• Interest in fashion, especially sneakers and sportswear, is recommended.
