OpenjobMetis Spa, through its Permanent Placement division, is seeking a Warehouse Worker with Forklift License for a well-established company specializing in the import, export, and sale of fresh cut flowers. The role involves organizing and handling merchandise within the warehouse.

Responsibilities include:

• Handling and arranging merchandise using a forklift;
• Packaging and preparing outgoing orders;
• Welcoming suppliers and managing incoming goods flow;
• Encoding and registering merchandise with IT support;
• Performing visual quality control of products;
• Managing stock levels and reordering inventory;
• Operating refrigerated cells (thermal jacket provided);
• Checking materials (bins, cartons, packaging);
• Supporting florists.

Qualifications and preferences:

• Diploma preferred;
• Proficiency in PC use for order processing, photos, managing delivery notes, stock, and communication with suppliers;
• Previous experience with stretch wrapping machines is a plus;
• Valid forklift license is required;
• Excellent communication skills, team orientation, and strong problem-solving attitude are essential.

The employment contract follows the industry standard for cut flowers (14 monthly payments), with salary and classification to be discussed based on experience.

Working hours:

Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 7/8 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility required on Saturday mornings.
