Oesía Group, a Spanish multinational, seeks a Chief FPGA & SoC Architect for a major Madrid-based project. Relocation to Spain is required. The role demands 10+ years in FPGA/SoC design and verification, with leadership and aerospace/defense standards expertise.

You will lead teams, drive technical strategies, and ensure high-integrity RTL work while aligning with DO-254 and MIL-STD requirements. Join a growing, multinational team.

Competenze

• 10+ years in FPGA/SoC design and verification in high-criticality sectors.
• 3+ years leading teams or acting as technical authority.
• Experience designing systems/components for aerospace/defense with DAL A/B/C or equivalent.
• Proficiency in verification: UVM, test environments, coverage methodologies and tools.
• Strong leadership in technical projects.

Mansioni

• Provide support and validation for FPGA/SoC architectures within aerospace/defense.
• Act as technical authority for key design decisions and reviews.
• Ensure compliance with DO-254, DO-160, MIL-STD-461/810, ECSS-Q-ST-60-02, EN9100/ISO 9001.
• Lead FPGA engineering, digital verification, HW/SW integration and validation teams.
• Mentor engineers and establish internal design and verification standards.
• Ensure adherence to RTL design documentation and configuration management.
• Develop simulation models, testbenches, and UVM environments; high-integrity RTL code.
• Validate V&V plans, requirements matrices, and coverage metrics.
• Participate in bids, effort estimations, and define technical strategies.
• Lead standardization and continuous improvement in design/verification processes.
