Job Description

JOB DETAILS

Base pay starts at $19.50 per hour

Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Monday - Friday)

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Packaging and labeling material for loading and distribution
2. Responsible for quality control of finished products
3. Working with hand tools, wrenches, banding equipment, screw guns
4. Using measuring gauges and tape measures
5. Communicating with team members to ensure continuous production of high-quality products with minimal waste
6. Maintaining housekeeping and sanitation standards

Qualifications

1. Physical stamina and strength
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow standardized work, and adhere to safety practices
3. Experience in a manufacturing environment is required
4. Experience with overhead crane operations and forklifts is helpful but not required
5. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly

This position may require overtime. Shifts vary between 8, 10, and 12 hours depending on work orders and seasonality.
