Now Hiring: Maintenance Supervisor
Cleveland, Ohio | Full-Time | Multiple Shifts | Overtime as Needed

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor with a strong engineering background and the ability to effectively lead and collaborate with a skilled trades workforce. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow technical leadership skills while learning to integrate AI systems to support and improve the maintenance and assembly process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead maintenance operations to support plant Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, and Cost (SPQRC) goals.
  • Diagnose equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
  • Supervise multi-trade teams in maintenance and construction projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies, labor agreements, and production standards.
  • Support implementation of AI and digital tools for maintenance and process optimization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
  • 5–7 years of maintenance or manufacturing experience.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical/electrical systems, tooling, and assembly.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills with skilled trades teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AI or data-driven tools a plus.
  • Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
