Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping activities and projects within the Data Modelling and Artificial Intelligence fields.

| Purpose of The Role:

• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, software engineers, and product managers to identify opportunities for leveraging machine learning.
• Deploy machine learning models into production environments and monitor their performance over time.
• Design and implement scalable and efficient solutions for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training.
• Evaluate and benchmark different machine learning algorithms and techniques to improve model performance.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and robustness of machine learning models.

| What do we expect from you?

Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or related fields.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Machine Learning modeling
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
• Familiarity with machine learning libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn
• Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes

Cloud Computing: familiarity with at least one of the main cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a proven track record of developing and deploying models in real-world applications.

Industry experience: Nice to have familiarity with fintech or financial services industries.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address technical issues efficiently.

Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Good command of Italian and English.
