The Transaction Services team is part of Deal Advisory, supporting M&As from pre-deal evaluation to post-deal integration or separation.

Our professionals assist clients in identifying risks and opportunities in acquisitions, sales, and joint ventures, including buyouts and IPOs.

Joining our team, you will work closely with financial backers, shareholders, and managers at all levels. You will support clients in corporate finance transactions, utilizing digital tools and technology daily. Our clients include large corporate entities and Italian and international private equity funds.

Join our team in Padua: a dynamic environment where you will work on financial due diligence projects and assist clients such as private equity funds and companies.

Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics

This opportunity is ideal if you have:

• a master’s degree in business-related subjects (accounting, management control, finance);
• 2-3 years of experience in corporate finance, transaction services, audit, or similar;
• accounting skills and knowledge of financial reporting standards (Italian GAAP and IFRS);
• ability to analyze financial statements with strong mathematical, financial, and accounting expertise;
• proficiency in English;
