As an Analyst at Capcora, you will support the planning, structuring, and execution of advisory mandates across Europe, with a strong focus on the Italian market. Your work will center around renewable energy, energy transition assets, and infrastructure financing. You will collaborate closely with senior team members throughout all stages of M&A and financing processes, contributing essential financial analysis, market insights, and strategic input to support high-impact decision-making.
You’ll be part of a small, entrepreneurial team, working with direct exposure to senior professionals and in close cooperation with clients and partners, particularly in Italy. Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support project and corporate finance, as well as M&A transactions, including developing financial models to evaluate equity and debt financing alternatives.
Prepare and review financial models for transactions and provide strategic corporate finance advice.
Contribute to all stages of the deal cycle, from strategy and transaction planning to structuring (including drafting term sheets) and closing.
Coordinate due diligence activities, including setting up data rooms and managing Q&A processes in collaboration with international legal and technical advisors.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
Up to a year of experience in banking, investment banking, financial advisory, or within the renewable energy sector, with a strong understanding of project and corporate finance structures (including junior / mezzanine and bond financing).
High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical skills, a critical thinking mindset, and a hands-on team player mentality with excellent project and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to communicate and negotiate fluently in English and Italian .
