Utopia Design is looking for a proactive Project Manager to join their Real Estate team in Italy. The successful candidate will support planning and executing construction projects in tropical environments. You will coordinate with contractors, manage project scheduling, control budgets, and ensure communication with stakeholders is seamless. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture is required along with at least 3 years of project coordination experience. Fluent communication in English and Spanish is essential.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in construction project coordination.
• Proficiency in project management and documentation software.
• Experience in data analysis, especially cost tracking and schedule performance metrics.

• Assist in planning and scheduling construction activities.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Support procurement efforts by obtaining quotes and negotiating.
• Track project progress and identify potential delays.
