Zegna, Milan-based, seeks a Su Misura Project Coordinator to drive global training projects and initiatives for expanding the Su Misura business across omnichannel channels. You will coordinate teams to ensure consistent training content, governance, and timely delivery.

You bring at least 4 years in luxury, strong Excel and analytical skills, and fluency in English. Travel flexibility is required as projects span global markets.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the luxury industry.
• Strong time and process management abilities.

• Advanced Excel skills and data-driven mindset.
• Fluent English; additional language is a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently.

Mansioni

• Coordinate global Su Misura training projects and materials.
• Support engagement and community initiatives across platforms.
• Develop communication strategies for retention programs and contests.
• Coordinate cross-functional activations with Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Events, CRM/CVM.
• Collaborate with CVM on client database implementation and expansion.
• Act as governance reference for timelines, budgets, and stakeholders.
