A leading beverage company is looking for a Brand Ambassador in Milan to create unforgettable brand experiences. The candidate will conduct brand education sessions and build strong relationships with trade partners while supporting marketing events. Ideal candidates have a relevant degree and experience in sales or luxury hospitality, with excellent relationship-building skills. The role offers a one-year initial engagement through a temp agency.

  • you will bring local marketing and trade initiatives to life, building consumer relevance and advocacy for the assigned brand.

You will embody the essence of your brand and help open the category to new audiences by creating unforgettable brand experiences. Key activities will include

  • conducting brand education sessions
  • supporting brand marketing activity and events
  • Location

The role is based in Milan. A significant portion of the role will require time with customers to bring brand initiatives to life and may require a fair amount of travel, as well as evening and weekend work.

  • Contract type

The initial engagement will be for one year, and the resource will be hired through a temp agency (contratto in somministrazione).

  • Brand Education & Mentoring
  • Inspire and educate consumers and key trade partners

  • Build and maintain relationships with on-trade outlets through

promotions, staff training, and events. Collaborate with local teams to identify growth

opportunities and enhance brand visibility.

  • Brand Management & Insights
  • Support brand positioning activations, provide market intelligence and competitor analysis. Represent the brand to media partners, influencers and partners.
  • Reporting
  • Deliver quarterly reports covering market trends, brand performance, and

ambassador activities. Share best practices with internal teams.

  • Social Media & Networking
  • Lead local social media efforts, ensuring a strong brand presence both online and offline. Engage with target audiences and maintain key industry relationship
  • Essential experience / background
  • Work experience in Sales and / or Marketing post University, or relevant University degree.
  • Previous experience in luxury hotels, luxury cocktail bars, hospitality, or concierge services will be considered a strong plus.
  • A self-confident, outgoing individual who actively enjoys building strong relationships.
  • Maturity and professionalism - strikes an appropriate balance between leveraging conviviality and representing the brand and company in an appropriate manner.
  • A passion for the bar scene and mixology, and therefore can inspire and connect with the bar community.
  • A responsible attitude and approach towards alcohol.
