About the Job:

This full-time position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a luxury shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service by following our Selling Ceremony to exceed customer expectations.
• Demonstrate the glamorous, luxury lifestyle image of Jimmy Choo through attitude, personal grooming, dress code, and behavior.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of products, including construction, materials, care, and design, to provide expert customer service.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through repeat visits and personalized interactions.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to store management.
• Contribute to maintaining effective stock controls to ensure continued stock supply and accurate records.
• Participate in team efforts during stock takes and support the store manager as required.
• Attend and engage in all store meetings and training events to foster good communication and collaboration.
• Promote the brand and represent Jimmy Choo during promotional events and activities.
• Maintain high standards of merchandise presentation and general tidiness and cleanliness of the boutique.
• Offer suggestions to enhance the boutique's performance and contribute to achieving key performance indicators.
• Follow established procedures, standards, and policies to ensure Retail Excellence and adhere to Jimmy Choo Safety and Security protocols.
• Support the store manager and assistant manager in administrative tasks and back-of-house operations as needed.
• Demonstrate flexibility by assisting with ad-hoc duties that support the successful operation of the boutique.
