Coach, a global luxury fashion house, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated shopping experience in our Tuscany area store. You will meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations and omni-channel selling.

The role blends luxury service, clienteling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue. The ideal candidate has 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English, POS experience, and a passion for fashion.

Competenze

1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail preferred.
Experience with POS operation, basic computer tools (iPad, laptop).
Strong English proficiency; EU requirement noted.
Luxury retail background and social media familiarity preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to service standards.
Build lasting client relationships through styling and fashion advice.
Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling with tailored recommendations.
Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs; source new customers and close sales.
Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory, and merchandising.
Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and assist teammates as needed.
Process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
Participate in brand initiatives, training, and inclusion activities.
