Responsibilities

• Prospect for new properties using Italy Sotheby’s International Realty marketing tools.
• Establish and nurture a strong network of contacts, including prescribers, partners, and opinion leaders.
• Conduct high-end residential real estate property assessments within the agency sector.
• Organize and facilitate property viewings.
• Negotiate transactions while safeguarding the interests of all parties involved.
• Provide guidance and support to buyers and sellers throughout the sales process.
• Analyze the real estate market and stay abreast of industry trends.
• Participate in team meetings.
