Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervises project budgets, project implementation timing, and final quality in retail and residential projects.
• Develops space plans; provides design concepts to meet architectural and interior design solutions.
• Coordinates suppliers and partners while maintaining thorough and accurate communication and project documentation from project inception to completion.
• Collaborates and interacts with all the company departments.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Architecture or related field (interior design)
• 5+ years of experience in the offered position or related
• Fluent English knowledge
• Strong graphic and visualization skills, capable of using 2D/3D software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe (Photoshop, InDesign), PowerPoint, and 3ds Max
