Job Description:
The Digital & Marketing Director is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and executing a company's digital and marketing strategies. This role involves integrating traditional marketing methods with innovative digital techniques to drive brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue. Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Campaign Management: Leading marketing campaigns across digital platforms (social media, email, search engines) and traditional channels.
- Brand Development: Ensuring consistent and impactful branding across all digital touchpoints.

- Tools & Platforms: Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
- Partnerships & Collaboration: Working with external partners and agencies to amplify marketing efforts.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, email marketing, CMS, analytics).
- Creative thinking and innovative ideas.
- Leadership experience in marketing teams.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Adaptability to latest trends and technologies.
Educational Background:
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field (5-10 years).
- Certifications (Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot Inbound Marketing) are advantageous.
- Experience with CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote).
- English language proficiency is mandatory.
