Job summary

LPJ STUDIO is a boutique creative and digital agency that partners with fashion, hospitality, and lifestyle brands. We seek a Graphic Designer & Digital Brand Coordinator to own the operational backbone across a portfolio of clients, including ecommerce platforms, brand assets, CRM systems, and social media presence.

You will work in a luxury-focused environment, with attention to typography, color, and layout, ensuring error-free deliverables and elegant storytelling in both Italian and English.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, communications, fashion, or hospitality.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, fashion management, communications, design, or related field.
• Native or near-native Italian, plus fluent English (written and spoken).
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop minimum).
• Nice to have Squarespace, Shopify and Klaviyo flows, AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain client e-commerce sites on Shopify and Squarespace.
• Branding and content creation across digital assets and print.
• Email marketing & CRM using Klaviyo, with automation flows.
• Social media planning, scheduling, and community management across clients.
