Richemont Iberia SL in Tivoli, Italy, seeks a Brand Ambassador for Buccellati Maison in the boutique and at local events to deliver a memorable client experience and build trusted relationships throughout the journey.

You will master the brand DNA, craftsmanship, and innovation to convey Buccellati’s story, work with the team in daily boutique life, manage stock and visuals, and represent the brand at trainings and events.

Competenze

• College degree preferred.
• 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, services or luxury hospitality environment.
• Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.

Mansioni

• Contribute to the boutique achieving its sales targets.
• Assist clients with Customer Service needs maintaining the brand's high standards.
• Cultivate strong client relationships, delivering outstanding client service and treatment; provide recommendations for exceptional experience.
• Adapt approach according to client needs and motivations.
• Assist and support after sales clients in accordance with Maison values.
