PVH Italy is seeking a passionate leader to manage a team in Milano to enhance customer experiences and boost sales in the beauty sector. You will act as a mentor, guiding Beauty Advisors to achieve sales targets while fostering an inclusive and collaborative workplace.

Ideal candidates will have proven beauty retail experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to diversity. You will monitor KPIs, ensure exceptional client experiences, and maintain stock effectively.
